Service description

AfterHours Command provides AI-powered call answering, lead capture, appointment-request intake, and handoff workflows for businesses. The marketing site and demo are informational and sales/demo experiences.

The service is not a replacement for emergency services, legal, medical, or financial advice, or required licensed professional judgment.

Demo call terms

By calling the demo line, callers understand they are interacting with an AI agent. Calls may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized when enabled.

Demo responses are illustrative and may not reflect a specific company's live pricing, scheduling, policies, or availability. The demo does not create a customer relationship, confirmed appointment, or service commitment.

Do not provide sensitive personal, medical, financial, legal, emergency, or confidential information during the demo. The demo is not an emergency service.

Appointments and lead capture

Appointment requests are captured and handed off. No booking is final and not confirmed until the business or a human representative confirms it, unless a customer has explicitly configured verified booking automation later.

The agent must not promise exact arrival times, pricing, diagnosis, eligibility, or emergency response guarantees.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website, demo, or service for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, harassing, or spam activity.

You may not attempt to bypass security, upload or transmit malicious content, use the demo or service to collect sensitive information without authorization, misrepresent the AI as a human, or use the service for emergency dispatch unless separately contracted and approved.

Customer responsibilities

Future customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, policies, hours, service areas, escalation instructions, and contact methods.

Customers are responsible for maintaining legal permission for call recording, transcription, and customer communications; reviewing captured leads and agent performance; and complying with telemarketing, consent, privacy, call recording, SMS, and industry-specific obligations.

AI limitations

AI-generated responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Customers remain responsible for reviewing and approving business-critical workflows.

Human escalation is required for emergencies, disputes, complaints, safety issues, or uncertain cases.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, designs, and product materials belong to Tygart Nexus or its licensors. Users may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer materials except as allowed by law or written permission.

Third-party services

Telephony, AI agent, cloud hosting, email/SMS, analytics, CRM, and calendar integrations may be powered by third-party services. Their availability, outages, policies, or limitations can affect the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website, demo, and service are provided as available. Tygart Nexus does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or that every call outcome will be captured or escalated exactly as intended.

Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
